Najsit

Fick mail från hyrfirman att jag får tillbaka dom där pengarna dom drog för en lykta som jag skulle ha pajat. Dom erkänner inte att dom har gjort fel, men man kan ju inte få allt.

När jag ser pengarna på kontot är dom förlåtna.

Så här skrev dom:


In response to your e-mail regarding the damage on the hire vehicle -

The damage was not noted on the vcr at time of collection so we had to
presume the damage occurred during your hire period.
I apologise for not trying further to contact you - we left 2 voice mail
messages on the contact no we had.
In this instance I will refund the damage charge as a gesture of good will.

I apologise for any problems this has caused you and the amount will be
refunded to your card in the next 5 working days.
