Chatted with the harbour master today, after a troublesome ordeal. I said, “You need a sign for the toilet opening hours.”

He said, “There is one.”

“Oh… I didn’t see it.”

“It’s there,” he said, giving me the look. Then we even went to see. Ha!

Then he goes, “Last year we had a sign: ‘Door locked – use outer side.’

People still came up like, ‘The door’s broken.’”

Apparently, reading is optional now.
